The calendar on below shows availability dates in grey are booked.  Please contact us at to enquire about booking dates available. If you cannot find availability/pricing for the dates you are seeking, please contact us direct via email and we will advise.


All prices are inclusive of:- all bed linen, towels, electricity, gas, heating, Internet access for browsing/ email; an initial supply of logs, fire lighters provided; A welcome basket.  Also items such as washing machine, washing up liquid, dishwasher detergents are also available.  A travel cot and baby high chair available upon request free of charge.

We offer :-

  • flexible start dates i.e. any day - apart from school holidays start holiday anytime

  • small party discounts (available for parties 4 people or less (includes children/babies) - excludes school holiday periods). n.b. the discount is possible for small party because our turnover costs are less based on the small party, therefore requesting all rooms to be made up does not constitute a small party)

  • Long / Short breaks available  - minimum 1 night pricing, also 2,3,4, 5, 6 nights all available - (*except for school holiday bank holidays - Not short breaks available unless part of a special offer. 

  • New Year rental minimum rental 5 days



  • No single-sex groups.  

  • Dinner/family party groups by prior agreement

  • Sorry no pets

  • Strictly no over occupancy - see below

Booking process
The easiest way to find out availability or book is to email us with your dates and we will respond with availability and pricing.  Or you can do this via Premier Cottages online.  Following confirmation of availability send us a cheque or complete a bank transfer (UK or oversea).  This way it keeps the cost down for you i.e. no booking fee for UK accounts and minimal for international.  

Process - Cheque Option

  • Contact us to confirm price and availability. Print off booking form below, read  T&C,  sign and return front page only with deposit cheque (1/3rd total amount if more than 6 weeks to your stay.  If less than 6 weeks, please send full amount with the booking form along with your house DEC deposit.  Send to postal address is at top of front page of the booking form.  Please do not send to cottage address.  Or,

Process - Bank Transfer Option

  • Send a signed scanned copy of the booking form via email and make a bank transfer.  If you are transferring from aboard please ensure you instruct the bank to pay charges at your end otherwise insufficient funds are transferred requiring further payments.  If unsure contact us. 

  • We can accept payments in Euro's bank to bank thus saving fees.

  • Housekeep Deposit can be transferred shortly before occupancy and will be refunded subject to T&C within one week following.


Credit Card​

  • Currently, we are unable to accept credit cards as the volume of transactions makes this mechanism uneconomic.  Most guests opt for bank transfer or cheque.  If you prefer a credit card then contact us there is a channel that accepts but attracts their fees.

Other transfer options are available but these option attract additional transaction charges.   We also take payments in euros and US dollars which avoids charges.  Contact us for more info.

House Deposit  (DEC)
£150 refundable Damage / Extra Cleaning deposit is payable with final balance, refundable on week of departure subject to the property being returned in a similar condition as found.  A £200 deposit will be required for all New Year's period bookings.

All bookings are subject to our Terms & Conditions which are included in the booking form above.  N.B  when booking please ensure you read the booking Terms and Conditions, in particular the clauses about use and numbers in occupancy.
