We offer:-

• flexible start dates, i.e., any day - apart from school holidays.

• small party discounts (available for parties 4 people or less (includes children/babies) - excludes school holiday periods). Discount is based on cottage preparation and usage for a small party. 

• Long / Short breaks available  - minimum 1 night pricing, also 2,3,4, 5, 6 nights all available - (*except for school holiday bank holidays - No short breaks available during these periods unless part of a special offer. 

• New Year rental minimum rental 5 days

Unfortunately:-​

• No single-sex groups - stags, hens, party people

• Sorry no pets

• Strictly no over occupancy - see below

 
Booking process
 

Online Option

• The availability/pricing tool will provide dates available and pricing.  If you wish to proceed, please click book and complete the booking form online, then submit.  No payment is taken at this stage.  We will send you confirmation that dates are available and reserved, with bank details to transfer either a deposit or full payment.  Please note that a house security deposit of £150 is required, which will be refunded to you in line with our T&C.  We will indicate this on the information confirming the reservation, bank details, and price.​

Email Option

• Contact us to confirm price and availability. We will respond confirming availability and pricing.  If you wish to proceed, respond to us, and we will send you a booking form.  Complete, sign, and return the booking form to us.  A deposit of 1/3rd of the total amount if more than 6 weeks to your stay.  If less than 6 weeks, please send the full amount with the booking form along with your house damage deposit.

• Bank transfer - UK  

• Bank Transfer – Outside UK - n.b. If you are transferring from abroad, please ensure you instruct the bank to pay the associated bank transfer charges at your end; otherwise, insufficient funds will be transferred, requiring further payments.  

• We can accept payments in Euros, US $ bank-to-bank upon request, which can mitigate bank charges.

 

Credit Card​

• Currently, we do not accept credit card payments directly as the volume of transactions makes this mechanism uneconomic.  Most guests opt for a bank transfer.  If you prefer a credit card option, contact us. One of our marketing channels accepts all credit cards but they charge fees.

All bookings are subject to our Terms & Conditions, which are included in the booking form above.  N.B. Please ensure you read the booking Terms and Conditions, in particular the clauses about cottage use (e.g., no parties) and numbers in occupancy (no over occupancy).
