Short breaks available minimum 3 nights, also 4, 5, 6 nights all available
flexible start dates. (see conditions below)
Christmas rental minimum rental 7 days
- New Year rental minimum rental 5days
All prices are inclusive of:- bed linen, towels, initial supply of logs, fire lighters; electricity, gas, heating, welcome basket, consumables such as washing machine, washing up liquid, dishwasher detergents. In addition, travel cot and baby high chair available upon request free of charge.

Available for short breaks (3 nights), to weekly, fortnightly or longer bookings all with flexible start dates.
n.b. sorry but we cannot hold the property until a firm booking is made therefore, whilst we appreciate that clients may want to review a booking with family and friends prior to booking it is possible and does, that the property will book in the intervening period.

Payment details:- 1/3rd total amount payable as deposit with booking. Balance must be paid in full 6weeks before rental

£100 refundable damage / heavy cleaning deposit payable with final balance, refundable on week of departure subject to property being returned in similar condition as found.

£200 deposit will be required for all New Years period bookings.

clients paying by international bank tansfer need to add £8 to each transaction. Save £8 by paying one single payment. Sorry this is due to additional international bank charges not us.
